RIOT1394 was born in West Austria in 1988. He lives and works as an Artist and Illustrator in Berlin since 2009. His style is a vibrant mix of graffiti, comix ,fine art and lowbrow art. His inspirations are endless and the details countless. 

Welcome to his exhibition “ ARE YOU ALRIOT ? “ at retramp gallery. 

For this show the Artist plays with a lot of different techniques and colors. Sometimes the work and the motif was planned before and sometimes he likes to play around spontaneously and freestyle. Lots of his works are rather drawn than painted, however with some artworks he tries to blend the line. RIOT1394 loves the strong contrasts between colors, forms, and lines, with both figurative and abstract elements. The use of light and shadow is very present and important for him in his works. Never too serious but always with lots to see, interpret and think about. His goal is that his works should look like a mix of hard work and fun.
